With a strong reputation for delivering quality residential developments for Sydney's leading developers, the business seeks a commercially astute Senior Project Manager to join its leadership team. About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of major residential apartment projects. You will collaborate with the executive leadership team to enhance operational excellence across the business. Your duties will include mentoring and developing Project Managers, Commercial teams, Engineers, and Site Teams, contributing to strategic planning, improving delivery processes, and playing a key role in building the company's future leadership capabilities. For the right candidate, this position provides a clear pathway to a Construction Manager role as the business expands.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the delivery of large-scale residential apartment developments from pre-construction through to completion.
• Managing project programmes, budgets, commercial outcomes, and client relationships.
• Leading Project Managers, Site Managers, and delivery teams across multiple projects.
• Building strong relationships with Tier 1 developers, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Driving project performance, quality, safety, and commercial outcomes.
• Supporting business growth through mentoring, leadership, and continuous improvement initiatives.

To Be Considered

Ideally, you will have:

• Extensive experience delivering residential apartment projects for a Tier 2 or Tier 3 builder.
• Demonstrated success managing projects valued between $50 million and $150 million.
• Strong commercial, contractual, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proven leadership experience in developing high-performing project teams.
• A collaborative leadership style with the ambition to progress into a Construction Manager role.
