Senior Project Manager – Major T2D Project

Link-Force AU is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for a significant package on South Australia's Torrens to Darlington (T2D) project. This opportunity is with a contractor recognised for delivering complex formwork, reinforced concrete, bridge, and heavy civil infrastructure projects throughout Australia.

As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful completion of a major section of the T2D project. This includes overseeing project planning, commercial performance, programme delivery, and multidisciplinary teams, while upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

This role is suited for a Senior Project Manager with a solid background in formwork, reinforced concrete, bridges, major structures, tunnelling, or large-scale civil infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the comprehensive delivery of a major infrastructure package.
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, cost control, and commercial performance.
• Drive construction programmes and ensure the achievement of key milestones.
• Lead and mentor Project Managers, Project Engineers, and site teams.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and manage client relationships.
• Manage project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to all safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Maintain robust communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

About You

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering major formwork, concrete, or civil infrastructure projects.
• Strong experience in delivering bridge structures, reinforced concrete works, tunnelling, or transport infrastructure.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large multidisciplinary teams and complex construction programmes.
• Excellent commercial, contractual, and financial management skills.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• A commitment to delivering projects safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
