Turner & Townsend Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a full-time, remote position in Sydney NSW.

As a Senior Project Manager with Turner & Townsend, you will bring a commercial perspective and experience across diverse sectors including, but not limited to, Government, regional and remote housing, roads, tourism, commercial, retail, defence, health, and education.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex projects and programs, serving as the primary client contact.
• Develop working relationships, problem-solve, and drive projects to successful completion.
• Oversee the design process to meet client requirements and manage expectations.
• Review project plans and specifications, including scheduling, cost-saving measures, discrepancies, and potential construction challenges.
• Manage project safety and environmental requirements.
• Oversee project timelines, risks, and reporting.
• Manage project budgets and provide advice on strategies to maintain budget adherence.
• Chair project and site meetings involving clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Contribute to marketing and business development initiatives.

Qualifications:

• A recognised Degree qualification in a technical field such as Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management.
• The ability to perform effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Microsoft skills are essential; Primavera skills will be highly regarded.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, with strong report and bid writing capabilities.
• Robust leadership skills, with the capacity to lead and develop a team.
• High motivation and drive, with a commitment to client delivery.
• Experience in government sectors, education, retail, and health projects is highly desirable.
