Howe Management Consulting Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a leadership role within a highly successful, established European business with a global presence. This company has developed a significant footprint in Australia over the past 7-8 years, recognised as a leading supplier of high-quality cranes for large-scale wind farm construction. The position is available due to business expansion, leading to internal promotions and the need to build capability to support further growth. The Senior Project Manager will be a key contributor during this growth phase, working as part of a small, high-performing leadership team passionate about the business and achieving success.
The ideal candidate is currently a Senior Project Manager looking for career advancement. This could involve moving from a large corporation constrained by systems and bureaucracy to a role where they can significantly impact the business, or transitioning from a smaller operation to apply their knowledge and skills within an international business environment.
As a Project Management professional, you will understand the responsibilities involved from pre-bid to project completion. Your success will be driven by:

A mature and steady demeanour is equally important, with the ability to work effectively under pressure by creating direction through advanced problem-solving and analytical skills.
Critical to this role is advanced practical commercial and compliance skills gained in the major construction sector. Hands-on experience, preferably in wind turbine construction or major crane operations, over 5 years is sought. Professional Project Management Certification is ideal.
Regular travel to sites will be required, along with occasional international trips to develop relationships with key international stakeholders.
