Fetch Recruitment is looking for a motivated Site Engineer to join a growing civil contractor. This role involves delivering a diverse range of projects across Melbourne, including work on the North East Link Project. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the coordination and delivery of civil construction projects.
• Support planning, programming, and subcontractor management.
• Ensure works are completed to project specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor safety, environmental, and compliance requirements.
• Assist with project reporting and progress tracking.
• Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Site Engineer or Graduate Engineer within civil construction.
• Experience working on civil projects such as roads, bulk earthworks, subdivisions, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A relevant Engineering or Construction qualification.
• A motivated attitude with a desire to learn, develop, and progress your career.
