JV Recruitment Pty Ltd is partnering with a leading, privately owned luxury residential builder that delivers architecturally designed homes across Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Due to ongoing project expansion, they are seeking an experienced Site Foreman to join their high-performing construction team. This company is recognised for delivering bespoke, high-end residential projects valued at over $10M+, with a robust pipeline of secured work.

The Role As Site Foreman, you will assume responsibility for daily site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the superior quality and finish standards expected within the luxury residential sector. Your duties will include coordinating trades, managing site sequencing, and collaborating with Site Managers, Project Managers, and subcontractors to achieve programme outcomes on complex, custom builds.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-site construction activities from structural work through to final completion.
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and trades to meet programme deadlines.
• Maintain strict adherence to WHS standards and site safety compliance.
• Ensure workmanship meets premium quality expectations.
• Assist in interpreting plans, resolving site issues, and maintaining build integrity.
• Monitor site progress and provide updates to the management team.
• Drive a positive, productive, and solutions-focused site culture.

About You

• Proven experience as a Site Foreman on high-end residential projects.
• Background delivering custom homes, ideally $5M–$10M+ builds (or above).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple trades.
• Solid understanding of construction sequencing and detailing.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Trade qualification in carpentry or a building-related discipline is preferred.
