Franklin Smith is seeking experienced Site Managers to join our team in Capital Hill. This is a full-time, onsite position offering a salary of $150k - $180k plus Super and Vehicle (NZD).

South East Queensland is experiencing a significant infrastructure boom, presenting a prime opportunity for experienced professionals to relocate to Brisbane and contribute to the delivery of major civil infrastructure projects.

The Role

• Lead day-to-day site operations across major civil projects.
• Manage supervisors, subcontractors, and direct labour.
• Drive programme, safety, quality, and productivity outcomes.
• Coordinate multiple work fronts and stakeholders.
• Report directly to senior project leadership teams.

About You

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Supervisor within civil infrastructure.
• Strong background in roads, rail, bridges, utilities, earthworks, or major infrastructure.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large workforces and subcontractors.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Looking for a long-term move to South East Queensland.
