Site Manager Metricon Homes Redland Bay Full-time, Onsite

You will be involved in a diverse range of Metricon construction projects, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail. Due to ongoing expansion, you will manage and independently operate a busy site, with a focus on delivering defect-free results. This role involves supervising and coordinating home construction in the Redland Bay area, ensuring trades meet quality, timeline, and OH&S objectives.

Reporting to the Building Support Team Leader, your responsibilities include:

• Acting as the primary client contact during the build stage and overseeing project execution and quality finish.
• Managing overall site performance throughout the home construction process.
• Collaborating with your Construction Manager to review jobs on Clickhomes and receive support.
• Maximising site production by ensuring subcontractor trade availability.
• Scheduling and meeting trades on site.
• Proactively resolving build issues and liaising with clients.
• Continuously reviewing building practices and procedures.
• Ensuring compliance with and delivery of established cost management and project management practices.
• Fostering a positive and focused culture where customer service and teamwork are paramount.
• Ensuring build qualities are to the highest standard.
• Handing over keys and settlement packs to customers.

The successful candidate will possess:

• MUST HAVE experience as a Site Manager within the residential building industry.
• Strong project management skills, knowledge of building regulations, OHS regulations, and QA systems.
• Experience in developing and managing organisational and external networks, particularly with trades.
• A customer focus, exceptional communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Familiarity with new homes contracts.
• The ability to communicate professionally, prioritise, and meet deadlines.
• A high level of attention to detail and a proactive approach to all tasks undertaken.
