Site Supervisor Barrier Reef Pools Perth
Barrier Reef Pools Group WA, winner of the 2025 WA Best Fibreglass Pool, is seeking a full-time Site Supervisor to join their team in Perth WA. The company specialises in delivering fibreglass swimming pools across Western Australia.
This role is suitable for individuals looking to commence a career in site supervision or project management. While industry and on-the-job training will be provided, strong people management and organisational skills are required. Customer service is a primary focus for the business.
The position requires excellent communicators capable of delivering projects within contractual allowances and budgets. Prompt and direct communication with multiple clients weekly is a required core competency. Site Supervisors will collaborate with Sales and Scheduling teams to ensure safe, timely, and budget-conscious swimming pool delivery. Working alongside a dedicated Client Liaison Officer, the Site Supervisor will act as the liaison between on-site trades, clients, and head office, providing updates on evolving trade and customer needs. Travel between multiple client residences will occur weekly for pre- and post-installation site checks, with flexible hours from Monday to Friday.
Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 per year. Work type: full-time. Location: onsite in Perth WA.

Responsibilities:
- Proactively service customer needs.
- Promptly address all customer enquiries.
- Set the final finishing height and position of the swimming pool during on-site inspections, adhering to drafted plans and council requirements.
- Conduct site checks, relaying information to the Scheduling Team for trade and resource booking in line with contract allowances.
- Collaborate with the Customer Liaison Officer and Scheduling team to book and manage completion trades for each site.
- Conduct post-installation site checks to ensure high standards of work are maintained.

The following are advantageous but not mandatory:
- Knowledge of WH&S practices within the construction industry.
- Ability to read, interpret, and manage drawings, specifications, and plans.
- Prior experience in a trade-based supervisory role.
- Experience in the swimming pool industry.
- Familiarity with local permit authorities.
Qualifications:
- Construction White Card.
- WA Driver's Licence.
