AWX Executive is seeking an experienced Residential Site Supervisor for a full-time, onsite role in Brisbane QLD. This position offers an immediate start and involves managing multiple residential builds from inception to handover.

The Role: Reporting to the Construction Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering quality volume homes safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Coordinating and managing trades, suppliers, and deliveries.
• Scheduling works and maintaining project timelines.
• Conducting quality inspections throughout the construction process.
• Managing site safety, cleanliness, and compliance requirements.
• Ensuring company construction standards are consistently met.
• Updating construction management software and site documentation.
• Collaborating effectively with the Construction Manager and the broader team.

About You: Essential Requirements:

• A QBCC Building Supervisor Licence held for a minimum of 12 months.
• A White Card.
• A trade or construction background, with Carpentry being preferred.
• A current Driver’s Licence.

To Be Successful, You Will Have:

• Experience supervising quality volume residential builds.
• A demonstrated history of managing multiple trades and construction projects.
• Strong skills in scheduling, planning, and organisation.
• An exceptional eye for detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• The capacity to keep projects on track and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Experience with construction management software; Onsite Companion is highly regarded.
