An award-winning luxury property specialist, partnered with leading Sydney Architects, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a $3 million luxury residential knock-down rebuild in Double Bay.

The Role

Reporting to an experienced Project Manager, this position involves leading on-site operations and managing the full delivery of this high-end residential project. Key responsibilities include:

• Management and leadership for the co-ordination of trades, direct labour, and materials.
• Liaison between Engineers, Clients, and Architects.
• Ensuring problem resolution and that all personnel on-site adhere to and maintain high standards of Health & Safety.
• Driving the project to completion on time, to quality, and under budget.
• Site set-out and marking-out.

Experience Required

• Demonstrated experience delivering new build high-end residential projects valued at $3 million or above.
• Carpentry trade background.
• Comprehensive understanding of NSW residential building codes and guidelines.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to drive projects to meet deadlines on time and on budget.
• Detail-oriented with experience on bespoke projects.
