Longreach Recruitment | experts in property, construction, real estate and design is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for a full-time, onsite role in Perth WA. The salary on offer is $140K - $170k + super.

About the Company: Our client is a respected Western Australian owned and operated Tier 2 commercial builder, known for delivering quality projects throughout Western Australia. Supported by a larger group, they provide business stability while fostering a collaborative culture. Their project portfolio spans commercial, education, health, retail, apartments, aged care, and mixed-use developments.

The Opportunity: This is a site-based position working closely with the Project Manager and construction team. You will oversee the delivery of a $39M commercial project located centrally. The role requires a hands-on Site Supervisor with significant commercial construction experience, adept at managing subcontractors, coordinating site activities, and ensuring quality from structure to completion.

Key Requirements:

• Trade Qualified Carpenter with demonstrated commercial construction experience.
• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor on commercial projects.
• Experience delivering projects valued at $30M+ is preferred.
• Solid understanding of structure, façade, and finishing stages.
• Capacity to coordinate subcontractors and maintain the project program.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead site teams.
• Proficiency in IT, including MS Office and Aconex or comparable platforms.
