A well-established builder operating in the multi-unit residential and commercial sectors seeks a Site Supervisor. This role focuses on the finishes stages of a high-rise project situated near Sydney Airport. The company is privately owned, fostering a supportive, family-like culture. The Role

As Site Supervisor, you will manage and control the site team and their activities, working collaboratively with an experienced site team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing and managing OH+S procedures on-site.
• Sequencing trades.
• Attending program meetings and contributing to project delivery within construction timeframes.
• Coordinating sub-contractors, suppliers, and material deliveries.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with site teams, internal, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

To be considered for this Site Supervisor position, you will need:

• Previous experience with finishes on mixed-use developments or commercial new build projects.
• Five years of site supervision experience.
• A trade qualification as a Carpenter or a Construction Management Degree.
• Sound knowledge of the Australian construction market, including sub-contractors.
• Good man-management skills with the ability to motivate and drive direct and sub-contract labour.
• Drive and focus to progress your career.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
