The Role:

• Oversee daily site activities for residential construction projects.
• Coordinate trades, suppliers, materials, and site access.
• Drive programme, sequencing, quality, and daily site priorities.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, trades, and internal teams.
• Manage site safety, inspections, defects, and compliance.
• Guide projects through to handover, prioritising quality, timing, and cost-effective delivery.

The Criteria:

• Experience as a Site Manager or Site Supervisor in residential construction.
• A strong understanding of new home construction, investment homes, volume builds, or medium-density projects.
• Ability to coordinate trades, read plans, and manage site details.
• Confident communication skills with trades, suppliers, clients, and internal teams.
• A strong focus on quality, safety, and programme.
