WilCo Maintenance Solutions Pty Ltd is seeking a Site Supervisor for a full-time, onsite role in Port Hedland.

About WilCo Maintenance Solutions Pty Ltd: WilCo Maintenance Solutions is a proudly Aboriginal-owned maintenance business operating from Port Hedland. We provide mechanical, plumbing, hydrocarbons, and fabrication services to major clients including BHP, Fortescue, Hancock Iron Ore, and Pilbara Ports Authority. Established with a small team and a clear vision, the company now comprises 35 individuals, owns its workshop and yard, and has built a reputation for reliability and integrity. WilCo is independently owned and operated by Mathew and Kenleigh Wilson, who are actively involved in the business daily.

The Role: We are looking for an execution supervisor to lead the successful delivery of maintenance projects across our Pilbara client sites. Your responsibilities will encompass managing project delivery from initial mobilisation through to final close-out, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and safety standards. This includes overseeing site execution, maintaining job front standards, coordinating team activities, and managing all necessary job paperwork. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our team during project delivery and will collaborate closely with our department managers across mechanical, plumbing, hydrocarbons, and fabrication. In addition to project execution, you will contribute to business development by assisting with estimates and tenders for new work and by cultivating client relationships that foster repeat business. Decisions are made swiftly due to the direct access to the business owners. This is a hands-on position requiring time spent on site, in the office, in the workshop, and interacting with clients.

What You Will Bring:

• Experience supervising jobs within maintenance, construction, or shutdowns, with a preference for experience in mining or heavy industry.
• A minimum of five years in a senior site supervision role is expected, though demonstrated delivery capabilities are prioritised over tenure.
• The ability to effectively manage multiple team members and tasks concurrently, maintaining organisation and prioritisation in a fast-paced environment.
• Versatile communication skills suitable for engaging with site crews, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, adapting your approach while maintaining clarity and honesty.
• A genuine commitment to safety, focusing on practical safety outcomes rather than just administrative compliance.
• Formal qualifications in supervision and trade qualifications are valued, but practical, demonstrated experience will carry more weight. We recognise and respect the experience gained through on-the-job trade progression and supervision skill development.
