Design & Build seeks an experienced Structures Foreman for a landmark luxury apartment development in West End, Brisbane QLD. This is a contract role with a respected builder on a premium project, valuing quality, planning, and leadership. A strong pipeline of work offers potential for a permanent transition for the suitable candidate.

The Role Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the structural package, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-standard delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and coordinating structural trades and subcontractors.
• Managing day-to-day site activities for concrete, formwork, reinforcement, and post-tensioning works.
• Driving programme and productivity while upholding quality standards.
• Conducting pre-starts and toolbox talks, ensuring compliance with site safety requirements.
• Coordinating with engineers, supervisors, and project management to resolve site issues.
• Monitoring subcontractor performance and ensuring works are completed to specification.
• Maintaining accurate site records and reporting progress.

About You We are looking for candidates with:

• Proven experience as a Structures Foreman on multi-storey residential or commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of concrete structures and structural sequencing.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and programme delivery.
• A solid commitment to safety and quality.
• Relevant construction qualifications and a White Card.
