Ingauge Civil and Rail is offering a significant opportunity for a skilled Structural-Mechanical Supervisor to become part of the ICR Group.

To excel in this position, you will possess demonstrated experience in supervising teams across various work fronts, including structural and mechanical repairs, cladding replacement, concrete remediation, pipe replacement, and surface treatment within a brownfields setting. You will exhibit a strong emphasis on safety, superior leadership skills, and the capacity to guide and develop your team towards achieving high-quality results.

This role is based in Brisbane, QLD.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing daily operations across multiple work fronts.
• Planning work packages and coordinating trade crews from various contractors.
• Collaborating closely with your team to ensure adherence to timeframes and deadlines.
• Conducting regular pre-start and toolbox meetings to convey priorities and direction.
• Ensuring all work is executed accurately, to specification, and in accordance with QA processes.
• Driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Maintaining and fostering an uncompromising safety culture.

Requirements:

• Relevant Trade Qualification.
• Forklift ticket (desirable).
• Working at Heights (desirable).
• Proven experience supervising multiple small teams of tradespeople.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and organisational ability.
