Structures & Finishing Foreman - High Rise Residential

Design & Build is seeking an experienced Structures or Finishing Foreman for high-rise residential projects in Brisbane, QLD. This is a full-time, onsite position with a salary of up to $220k +.

We are partnering with leading developer-builders and commercial construction companies in Queensland to fill multiple roles on landmark apartment and mixed-use projects. Whether your expertise is in concrete structures, formwork, post-tensioning, or you are a finishes specialist focused on quality and programme, outstanding opportunities exist with companies renowned for delivering Brisbane's most recognisable projects.

You will assume a key leadership position onsite, responsible for coordinating subcontractors, driving project timelines, upholding stringent safety standards, and ensuring quality delivery during either the structural or finishing phases.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate daily site operations to ensure safe, timely, and on-programme delivery of works.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and labour, maintaining high productivity and quality standards.
• Drive site safety, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety (WHS) requirements.
• Monitor construction progress, identify potential issues, and implement practical solutions.
• Complete quality inspections, verifying that works meet project specifications and client expectations.
• Collaborate closely with the Site Manager and project team to achieve programme milestones and successful project delivery.

About You:

• Previous experience as a Structures or Finishes Foreman on commercial or high-rise residential projects.
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills.
• A proactive approach to safety, quality, and programme.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• The capacity to drive outcomes in a fast-paced construction environment.
