Peel Property Solutions Pty Ltd is a building company based in Mandurah, operating in the small to medium enterprise sector and specialising in renovations. Due to significant growth over the past three years, we are seeking an additional Building Supervisor.

We are looking for a Site Supervisor with robust residential construction experience to join our team, working within the Peel Region. Your role will involve supervising an established trade base, alongside some hands-on duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assessing and managing safety hazards, and fostering a strong safety culture.
• Managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Delivering and maintaining high-quality standards, supported by an active trade base.
• Communicating effectively with trades, suppliers, and clients.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous experience as a site supervisor in residential construction.
• A trade certificate is desirable, with bricklaying being preferred.
• Ability to work independently and unsupervised while also functioning as part of a team.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and maintaining composure under pressure.
• IT and computer competency.
• Experience in renovation work, including projects within established houses.
• A full, clean driving licence.
