Boton Conveyor Services Pty Ltd (BCS) is seeking a Supervisor for a FIFO (Fly-In, Fly-Out) position on a 2:1 roster. This casual role, based in Kalgoorlie, will involve managing a short-term operations project with potential for extension for the suitable candidate.

As a key member of the BCS team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of plant and machinery on a client site. Your duties will include leading a team to ensure efficient, safe, and timely operations for BCS clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising and coordinating a team to manage operations on site.
• Monitoring work progress and quality to ensure compliance with BCS standards and client requirements.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Ensuring adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Providing on-the-job training and mentoring to team members.
• Liaising with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation.

We are looking for candidates with:

• Section 26 training and statement of attainment.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar project supervision role.
• Current and valid qualifications:
• Minimum C class motor vehicle license.
• Enter and work in confined spaces (RIIWHS202E).
• Work safely at Heights (RIIWHS204E).
• Gas test atmospheres (MSMWHS217).
• Demonstrate first attack firefighting equipment (CPPFES2005).
• Construction White Card.
• Strong technical expertise and understanding of mining equipment and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and technology.
