A well-established civil contractor, known for delivering major mining and infrastructure projects throughout Western Australia, is expanding. With a robust pipeline of work, they are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to manage a significant concrete structures package on a large-scale project. This role is suited for a practical leader who excels in dynamic settings and has a demonstrated history of supervising substantial concrete structures teams and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations for concrete structures activities.
• Orchestrate crews, plant, labour, and subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient project execution.
• Uphold and foster high standards of safety, quality, and environmental adherence across all work areas.
• Track daily progress and productivity against project timelines.
• Collaborate with the Superintendent, Project Manager, and site leadership to achieve project goals.
• Cultivate and maintain effective relationships with the client and key site stakeholders.
• Ensure work is completed safely, punctually, and to the specified quality benchmarks.

Key Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Civil Supervisor on extensive civil or mining projects.
• A strong background in delivering concrete structures, roads, haul roads, pads, drainage, and related civil infrastructure.
• Proven leadership experience in supervising site-based crews and subcontractors.
• A solid grasp of site productivity, planning, and daily work coordination.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• A current Australian Driver's Licence.
• Structures/concrete experience is essential.
