1 Recruit seeks a skilled Residential Designer. This position involves collaborating with the Sales team to produce innovative home designs that meet client needs, industry benchmarks, and project financial constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate client-focused concept and sales designs using ArchiCAD.
• Offer design direction and assistance to Sales Consultants.
• Produce hand sketches and initial concepts as needed.
• Contribute to the design of new home collections and display homes.
• Engage with developers and local authorities during the design phase.

About You:

• Possess a Certificate IV or Diploma in Building & Construction.
• Have at least 3 years of experience in residential drafting or design within Perth.
• Demonstrate strong ArchiCAD proficiency.
• Exhibit sound understanding of residential construction and building regulations, including R-Codes and NCC.
• Be creative, detail-oriented, and dedicated to high-quality home design.
