Works & Planning Officer Sunwater Collinsville

This full-time, onsite position reports to the Operations Manager Pioneer Bowen Basin. The salary offered is $116,610.80 per annum, plus 12.75% superannuation and a 17.5% leave loading.

Work Responsibilities:

• Planning and scheduling of routine, preventative, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Engaging with multidiscipline work groups and contractors to ensure efficient work prioritisation and delivery.
• Creating, implementing, and monitoring schedules for routine operations, preventative, and corrective maintenance works to optimise resource utilisation.
• Undertaking planning duties, including the creation, updating, and recording of notifications, scheduling and assigning of work orders, compiling work instructions and packs, and recording/reviewing work orders and asset history.
• Scheduling and coordinating mandatory inspections for:
• Lifting equipment
• Fire extinguishers
• Test & Tag
• Cranes/Hoists
• Instrumentation
• Survey equipment
• Forklifts
• Elevated Work Platforms (EWPs)
• Creating and maintaining a defect and corrective work list, detailing necessary information, risk assessments, and priorities.

Requirements:

• Proven organisational skills.
• Competence in planning, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring work programs, resources, and associated logistics.
• Ability to manage a demanding workload within a changing environment.
• Experience in a planning or scheduling role within a similar environment.
• Working knowledge of word processing, Excel, databases, and asset maintenance management software (e.g., SAP and/or Viziya).
• A Class ‘C’ driver’s licence.
